James Hagens slotted in as the Boston Bruins’ No. 1 center of the future as soon as the team selected him with the seventh-overall pick in last year’s draft. The uber-talented prospect hits all the right notes for a team that doesn’t have a ton of elite center depth in the organization, and it was a position that the Bruins have been attempting to build over the past two drafts.<\/p>\n
It isn’t the end of the world, but the Boston College Eagles elected to move Hagens to the wing in a season where they are struggling. The idea for head coach Greg Brown is to load up the top line with Hagens and Teddy Stiga, something he has been doing for the past few games until Stiga missed Saturday night’s game against UMass.<\/p>\n
The interesting thing for Hagens is that he was excelling on the wing, something that should worry Bruins fans a bit. He had four points in his past three games on Stiga’s wing, while he was held pointless on Saturday night in a 4-0 win. It doesn’t hurt your point totals to play with a fellow star like Stiga, but the hope was that this year, Hagens could drive a line through the center position.<\/p>\n
It isn’t all bad news. Hagens has 11 points in 11 games this season as he navigates playing with an uncharacteristically weaker team in Chestnut Hill. The team has won four straight games, ironically, since the position switch for Hagens, which means he’ll likely stay there for as long as the team succeeds. Fans shouldn’t panic yet, as it’s only for this year, and the Bruins will continue to develop him in the middle once he signs his pro contract, likely at the end of Boston College’s season.<\/p>\n
The good news for Bruins fans is that Brown feels like Hagens is better off on the wing because he likes the look of the rest of his centers. The reason that’s a good thing is that Dean Letourneau is the head coach’s second-liner, and Will Moore is on the third. While Hagens has the most potential out of the three, the other two prospects getting the nod to keep playing the middle are a great sign.<\/p>\n
Hagens’ inability to play the middle due to his lack of size was a possibility for the Bruins anyway. If that’s how it ends up happening, then the organization will have to adjust. Regardless, the Bruins will be getting a\u00a0potentially elite talent added to their forward group, and as David Pastrnak has shown, a team can be led by a player from the wing.<\/p>\n
Porsha Williams\u2018 post-BravoCon 2025 flight back to Atlanta was anything but normal \u2014 and may have landed her in hot water with the FBI.<\/p>\n
\u201cFBI Atlanta is aware of the incident on the flight,\u201d a spokesperson for FBI Atlanta told Us Weekly in a statement on Monday, November 17. \u201cIt is unknown at this time if federal charges will apply. That is all we have at the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n
Williams, 44, was reportedly involved in an altercation while on board her Delta Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta on Sunday, November 16, after attending the three-day Bravo event, according to TMZ.<\/p>\n
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was one of two passengers on the flight that Delta crew spoke with as a result of the alleged incident, TMZ reported. Us confirmed that the flight landed without incident, but was met by law enforcement.<\/p>\n
According to a video obtained by TMZ, Williams spoke with an officer shortly after deplaning.<\/p>\n
Details about what transpired on the flight have not been disclosed. Us Weekly has reached out to Williams\u2019s rep and Delta for comment.<\/p>\n
Williams\u2019 flight debacle came after the reality star attended BravoCon in Sin City over the weekend.<\/p>\n
The Bravo star was featured during the Saturday, November 15, \u201cGetting Lucky at the Love Hotel\u201d panel alongside The Real Housewives of New York City alum Sonja Morgan and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City\u2019s Heather Gay, who all teased they would consider starring on the spinoff if it\u2019s greenlit for a second season.<\/p>\n
\u201cPeople know I\u2019m a lover girl, like, I\u2019m a hopeless romantic,\u201d Williams said as to why she is interested in starring on the show. \u201cI think everybody in the world knows I just got divorced [from Simon Guobadia]. Amen to that, so I think that\u2019s why [I was a favorite].\u201d<\/p>\n
Season 1 of Love Hotel premiered in March, following single Housewives Shannon Beador, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby and Luann de Lesseps\u2019 as they tried their hand at dating at a luxurious Mexican resort.<\/p>\n
Williams\u2019 love life has been making headlines since February 2024 when she filed for divorce from Guobadia, 61, after 15 months of marriage.<\/p>\n
One year later, Us confirmed that Guobadia was detained by ICE at the Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, Georgia. According to U.S. Department of Homeland Security\u2019s records, the Nigeria native was being held by Immigration and Customs Enforcement due to overstaying his visa.<\/p>\n
Guobadia was declared deportable in 1985 after coming to the United States in 1982. After a brief return to Nigeria, he came back to America in 1986 and once again overstayed his work visa.<\/p>\n
Guobadia was arrested in 1987 and pleaded guilty to bank and credit card fraud before being deported back to Nigeria in 1992 following two subsequent arrests. He applied for naturalization in 2016 after reentering the U.S. in 1992, but was denied. He was deported in June but his and Williams\u2019 divorce battle has continued in the U.S.<\/p>\n
Following their split, a judge ruled to uphold Williams\u2019 prenuptial agreement with Guobadia, allowing her to live and film RHOA in their $7 million mansion.<\/p>\n
Guobadia was also ordered to pay Williams $40,000 per month in spousal support for 14 months. Additionally, Williams was awarded 50 percent of the equity in the property, a 2021 Rolls Royce and various other cars.<\/p>\n
Guobadia tried to get the judge to overturn the judgement, but Us confirmed in September that he was unsuccessful.<\/p>\n
Williams has since begun dating again, revealing during an October appearance at New York City\u2019s CultureCon, \u201cThe people who I\u2019m talking to now \u2026 it\u2019s just two, I narrowed it down to two, and he is nice and she is nice.\u201d<\/p>\n
Porsha Williams<\/strong>\u00a0is on the radar of federal authorities … after allegedly being involved in an incident on a Delta flight.<\/p>\n The incident apparently went down Sunday night on a flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta.
