The deposition, part of nearly 1,000 pages of newly unsealed court documents, names the powerful hotel magnate in connection with Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre.<\/p>\n
The documents, released from the Southern District Court of New York, stem from Giuffre\u2019s defamation suit against Ghislaine Maxwell \u2014 Epstein\u2019s longtime associate and partner.<\/p>\n
Among the transcripts is a deposition dated May 3, 2016, where Giuffre testifies that she had sexual relations with Tom Pritzker, a high-profile member of one of America\u2019s wealthiest political families.<\/p>\n
Tom Pritzker serves as the executive chairman of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and CEO of The Pritzker Organization, which manages the family\u2019s vast business empire.<\/p>\n

In a separate deposition, Giuffre described being sent by Maxwell to have sex with \u201cthe owner of a large hotel chain\u201d during a trip to France, around the same time as supermodel Naomi Campbell\u2019s birthday celebration.<\/p>\n
Giuffre recalled that the encounter took place in a \u201ccabana townhouse\u201d connected to a hotel where Epstein, Maxwell, and others were staying.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for Tom Pritzker has publicly denied the allegations, calling them false and defamatory.<\/p>\n
Governor J.B. Pritzker has also stated that he was unaware of any relationship between his cousin and Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n
When questioned in 2019, the governor said:<\/p>\n
