Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0icon\u00a0Rachel Reilly\u00a0is returning to\u00a0The Bold and the Beautiful<\/em>\u00a0on November 13 and 14 in scenes with\u00a0Scott Clifton\u00a0(Liam Spencer),\u00a0Don Diamont\u00a0(Bill Spencer), and\u00a0Heather Tom\u00a0(Katie Logan).<\/p>\n Her comeback marks Reilly\u2019s 30th<\/sup>\u00a0and 31st<\/sup>\u00a0appearances on the soap, which has a long-running tradition of featuring\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0contestants when their seasons wrap. Reilly first guest-starred in 2010 and last appeared in 2014, and as a surprise guest on the most recent\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cOne of the biggest things I was hoping for going into\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0was that I would get to have another walk-on role on\u00a0<\/p>\n Matthew Taplinger<\/p>\n Reilly\u2019s connection to\u00a0B&B<\/em>\u00a0runs deep \u2014 long before her first stint in 2010. \u201cI\u2019m a huge fan of the soap,\u201d she relays. \u201cI used to watch it with my nana \u2014 it\u2019s her story. Everyone is so kind, and I feel like over the past 15 years, I\u2019ve gotten to know the actors and everyone that works behind the scenes, so it\u2019s just such a dream come true. I feel so grateful to be back on set and have had the opportunity to work with them again.\u201d<\/p>\n This time around, her character, Rachel \u2014 a bartender at the Bikini Bar \u2014 has evolved, adding energy healer and spiritual cleanser to her r\u00e9sum\u00e9. Reilly drew on some real-life inspiration to find the new facets of her alter ego. \u201cFunny enough, I kind of channeled my inner Kaitlyn Herman from\u00a0<\/p>\n Having worked with Clifton, Diamont, and Tom before, Reilly says stepping back onto the\u00a0B&B<\/em>\u00a0set felt effortless. \u201cIt feels like home, so I don\u2019t really get nervous anymore,\u201d she shares. \u201cI\u2019m such a fan of the show, and I watch the show still, so it\u2019s really fun to be part of that world and to have the opportunity to interact with the actors I worked with 15 years ago. There\u2019s a new studio and the storylines are always changing, but you still feel the original energy from the Forresters and the Spencers, so it\u2019s really fun to be in that environment.\u201d<\/p>\n And if Reilly has her way, Rachel might just be due for a new position. \u201cI told them I think that maybe a new manager role at the Bikini Bar should be opening soon because I think I need a promotion!\u201d she quips. \u201cIn my head, I\u2019m being promoted or maybe I\u2019m going to buy the Bikini Bar because I\u2019ve been saving up from all the tips I\u2019ve been getting.\u201d<\/p>\n Her husband,\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0alum Brandon Villegas, who also appeared on\u00a0B&B<\/em>\u00a0as a server at the Bikini Bar, is cheering her on \u2014 and maybe a little jealous. \u201cHe\u2019s very jealous,\u201d she says with a laugh. \u201cHe\u2019s played a bartender at the Bikini Bar as well, and the last time we were on together, we let everyone know that we were engaged, so that\u2019s really cute.\u201d<\/p>\n Reilly\u2019s enduring\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0legacy remains a huge point of pride. \u201cTo such a major role in the franchise of\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>, it\u2019s been such an honor,\u201d she notes. \u201cI love the game. I\u2019m a student of the game, and I\u2019ve just enjoyed my experience so much. And every time I\u2019ve gone back, it\u2019s been another really cool, life-changing, iconic moment for me. I met my husband for the first time. I went back, I won the game. This time, I am the only person now that can say they\u2019ve never been nominated or evicted from the show. It was so much fun to go back and to be able to play the game again. I love\u00a0<\/p>\n Matthew Taplinger<\/p>\n Reilly would be open to returning yet again \u2014 provided the circumstances are right. \u201cIf it was an all-winner season, I would absolutely be honored to be part of that cast, so I\u2019m hoping that they do something where it\u2019s legends or winners,\u201d she says. \u201cAnd maybe a little bit shorter than 90 days. I\u2019m a mom of two young kids, so leaving for 90 days is a lot. But I think that I would absolutely love to go back, and next time I\u2019m coming for that mastermind.\u201d<\/p>\n Something she was unable to do in Season 27 because she didn\u2019t know their identity. \u201cNo, of course not,\u201d she insists. \u201cI don\u2019t think they would have told me that. Everything just unfolded at the finale this year, and I was like, \u2018Of course, there\u2019s, like, four masterminds, and they\u2019re all my friends.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n While she\u2019s thrived in both scripted and unscripted television, Reilly admits she may have found her true calling. \u201cI love, love, love the soaps,\u201d Reilly says. \u201cThey feel very unscripted, and the stories are so over the top. You get to be a larger-than-life personality, and that\u2019s why I love unscripted as well, but I think I really am leaning towards scripted. The older I get, these competition shows are a lot of work, I\u2019ll just say that. They\u2019re not for the faint of heart. Some of these physical competitions are tricky, and they test your strength, so I think that living in the glamorous world of\u00a0<\/p>\n Matthew Taplinger<\/p>\n That said, Reilly isn\u2019t slowing down.
