Bachelor Nation fan-favorite couple Abigail Heringer Erb and Noah Erb famously met on Season 7 of \u201cBachelor in Paradise\u201d and fell in love.<\/p>\n

Since their time on the show, Abigail and Noah have been sharing their lives together on social media and settling into their life in Tulsa, Oklahoma.<\/p>\n

Last year, the two got married in a stunning garden ceremony in Tulsa, surrounded by their closest friends, family, and fellow Bachelor Nation stars.<\/p>\n

The happy couple recently celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary and now have decided to take to\u00a0social media\u00a0to practice their parenting skills.<\/p>\n

In a new video posted online, Noah and Abigail pretend to act out how they would react as parents if one of their children decided to sneak out of the house.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Noah tells Abigail, \u201cYou start, that\u2019s good cop, bad cop,\u201d and Abigail then begins by facing the camera and asking their imaginary child, \u201cSo why did you sneak out of the house?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

She continues and says, \u201cYou went to a party? And you\u2019re 11? Your dad\u2019s gonna talk to you.\u201d Noah steps in and asks, \u201cWho even told you how to party at 11? We\u2019re not happy about that. I\u2019m smiling now because I\u2019m glad you\u2019re using your free will, but what are you thinking?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Trying to hide his laughter, Noah then adds, \u201cThis is not cool, Brock\u2026 This is not cool.\u201d<\/p>\n

Abigail immediately responds to Noah, stating, \u201cOkay, we are not naming our kid Brock,\u201d before turning back to the camera and asking more questions like, \u201cWhy did you sneak out? Your friends? I think you need new friends.\u201d<\/p>\n

Noah ends the video by walking away and saying, \u201cWe\u2019re gonna go hang out with your other 10 brothers and sisters. You\u2019re in timeout. I\u2019ll be back to deal with this later.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Abigail captioned the post, \u201cBrock needs new friends @Noah Erb\u201d and followers filled the comments with their love for the funny video.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Today, the tenets of\u00a0Star Trek<\/em>\u00a0include Starfleet as the military and exploratory organization that the USS Enterprise and every other starship belongs to, and the greater body Starfleet serves, the United Federation of Planets. The Federation is the vast interstellar alliance of worlds co-founded by United Earth.<\/p>\n

It’s hard to imagine modern\u00a0Star Trek\u00a0<\/em>without Starfleet or the Federation, but neither of those concepts existed until later in\u00a0Star Trek: The Original Series<\/em>\u00a0season 1.<\/p>\n

The back half of\u00a0Star Trek: The Original Series\u00a0<\/em>season 1\u00a0named Starfleet Command and introduced the United Federation of Planets, which were both retcons that became crucial and fundamental aspects of\u00a0<\/p>\n

Starfleet Command was officially named in\u00a0Star Trek: The Original Series\u00a0<\/em>season 1, episode 20, “Court Martial.” Before this, early\u00a0Star Trek\u00a0<\/em>episodes were inconsistent in what organization the Starship Enterprise represented.<\/p>\n

“Space Fleet,” “Space Command,” and the “United Earth Space Probe Agency” were among the names used before Starfleet was established.<\/p>\n

Similarly,\u00a0Star Trek: The Original Series<\/em>\u00a0season 1, episode 18, “Arena,” was the first time “the Federation” was mentioned. The full name of the United Federation of Planets was first uttered in\u00a0<\/p>\n

From then on, the governing bodies\u00a0Captain Kirk and Starship Enterprise\u00a0represented were settled, and those retcons became canon for the next six decades as\u00a0<\/p>\n

Starfleet Command and the United Federation of Planets came to be thanks to writer and producer Gene L. Coon, one of the greatest and relatively unsung heroes of\u00a0<\/p>\n
