On Thursday, July 31, the Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star shared her excitement on Snapchat about welcoming home her three older kids. Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13, have enjoyed a summer visiting their dad Josh McKee and other family in Oklahoma.

The three returned home to Florida for the first time since Mackenzie and husband Khesanio Hall welcomed twin daughters Ja’Kharie and Ja’Meikah. The twins were born on June 2, just days after the kids left for the summer.

“So my three kids, I have not seen since I was pregnant. It’s been over eight weeks, eight and a half weeks. They go home every summer, and they have not met the twins, so they are getting ready to walk in and meet the twins, and I have been so emotional about this moment,” the mom of five admits in the moments leading up to the older kids’ arrival.
