Former Real Housewives Of Orange County star Kara Keough Bosworth gave birth to her second child, a son, McCoy on April 6 and on April 12 he died from birth complications.<\/p>\n
She penned a heartbreaking tribute for McCoy on Monday, the day he would have been three months old.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Alongside a somber black and white photo with her husband Kyle Bosworth, who she married in 2014, and their baby boy before his untimely passing, the 31-year-old reflected on her grief and milestones her son should have been reaching.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Heartbreak: Kara Keough Bosworth penned a heartbreaking tribute for McCoy on Monday, the day he would have been three months old, alongside a somber black and white photo before his death at six days old<\/p>\n
‘You would have been three months old today,’ Kara wrote.\u00a0 ‘But instead, I\u2019m three months into the deepest pain I\u2019ve ever felt.’<\/p>\n
In the lengthy post she opened up about her continued grief, and the difficulties she is facing.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘I\u2019ve survived three months when I didn\u2019t think I\u2019d live another three second,’ she continued. ‘How has it been so long since I smelled you and felt your weight?’<\/p>\n
The former reality TV star wrote ‘each day’ since McCoy’s birth ‘has felt like the longest day, a summer solstice of suffering.’<\/p>\n
\u00a0Pain:\u00a0‘You would have been three months old today,’ Kara wrote. ‘But instead, I\u2019m three months into the deepest pain I\u2019ve ever felt.’ In the lengthy post she opened up about her continued grief, and the difficulties she is facing\u00a0<\/p>\n
Despite her world coming to a halt, life is going on.<\/p>\n
‘And yet, somehow, time is passing. Time is pushing on, moving my body begrudgingly into another day,’ she wrote. ‘Another day further away from the last time I held you in my arms.’<\/p>\n
Kara went on to share the questions she has about the little person her son would have been becoming, the memories she, Kyle and their daughter Decker, aged four, would have been making.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘Who would you be today? Would you be blonde still, or bald,’ she questioned. ‘Would you smile bigger for mommy\u2019s singing or with daddy\u2019s beard tickling your belly?’<\/p>\n
\u00a0Big sister:\u00a0Kara went on to share the questions she has about the little person her son would have been becoming, the memories she, Kyle and their daughter Decker, aged four, would have been making\u00a0<\/p>\n
Of the relationship she expected Decker to be forming with her little brother she asked: ‘Would your sister be sneaking into your room and trying to lift you out of your crib even though we\u2019ve told her not to three times already? Would she even be able to lift you by now?’<\/p>\n
She even though of how McCoy would be learning to love the family’s fur babies.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘Would you track the dogs with your eyes, discovering your love for them already,’ she wrote. ‘Would you swipe your hands at all your new best friends, reaching out to pull hats and bows off their heads?’<\/p>\n
Kara imagined her family would be introducing McCoy to other babies he would know for life.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As she is grieving for the loss of her son, it is not the only loss she is grieving.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In May, just weeks after losing McCoy, her father Matt Keough also died, at the time she wrote ‘You’re on grandpa duty in heaven now.’<\/p>\n
‘Would missing grandpa be easier with you here,’ she wondered.<\/p>\n

Last month, posting an update, Kara showed off the design, an M, made with traditional tattoo ink and some of McCoy’s ashes, while holding a teddy bear with a ribbon bearing her son’s name.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Talking to Good Morning America , Kara said she was ‘literally begging God to save my baby’ as she fought ‘a Herculean effort’ for nine minutes to push out her son with the help of a licensed midwife.\u00a0<\/p>\n
She had committed to an unmedicated delivery and entered a birthing pool during labor with her husband Kyle by her side.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0Loss: Kara gave birth at home on April 6, the baby suffered from complications and was not breathing and was then rushed to the hospital<\/p>\n
When it came time to push, the baby got stuck after his head was delivered, a condition known as shoulder dystocia, and\u00a0it caused his umbilical cord to be compressed, cutting off his oxygen supply and causing devastating brain damage.<\/p>\n
The midwife called 911 when it became apparent the infant was not breathing and he was rushed to hospital.<\/p>\n
Although medics managed to get his heart beating again, the newborn suffered traumatic brain damage and couldn’t be saved.<\/p>\n
Kara is the daughter of Jeana Keough who was a housewife on RHOC from season one to five and continued to make friend or guest appearances on the Bravo show up until season 12.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0icon\u00a0Rachel Reilly\u00a0is returning to\u00a0The Bold and the Beautiful<\/em>\u00a0on November 13 and 14 in scenes with\u00a0Scott Clifton\u00a0(Liam Spencer),\u00a0Don Diamont\u00a0(Bill Spencer), and\u00a0Heather Tom\u00a0(Katie Logan).<\/p>\n Her comeback marks Reilly\u2019s 30th<\/sup>\u00a0and 31st<\/sup>\u00a0appearances on the soap, which has a long-running tradition of featuring\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0contestants when their seasons wrap. Everyone is so kind, and I feel like over the past 15 years, I\u2019ve gotten to know the actors and everyone that works behind the scenes, so it\u2019s just such a dream come true. I feel so grateful to be back on set and have had the opportunity to work with them again.\u201d<\/p>\n This time around, her character, Rachel \u2014 a bartender at the Bikini Bar \u2014 has evolved, adding energy healer and spiritual cleanser to her r\u00e9sum\u00e9. Reilly drew on some real-life inspiration to find the new facets of her alter ego. \u201cFunny enough, I kind of channeled my inner Kaitlyn Herman from\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>,\u201d she reveals. \u201cShe was like an energy healer on\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>. So, I was just being very calm and really understanding the environment, picking up on the vibes as the Gen Zs say.\u201d<\/p>\n Having worked with Clifton, Diamont, and Tom before, Reilly says stepping back onto the\u00a0B&B<\/em>\u00a0set felt effortless. \u201cIt feels like home, so I don\u2019t really get nervous anymore,\u201d she shares. \u201cI\u2019m such a fan of the show, and I watch the show still, so it\u2019s really fun to be part of that world and to have the opportunity to interact with the actors I worked with 15 years ago. There\u2019s a new studio and the storylines are always changing, but you still feel the original energy from the Forresters and the Spencers, so it\u2019s really fun to be in that environment.\u201d<\/p>\n And if Reilly has her way, Rachel might just be due for a new position. \u201cI told them I think that maybe a new manager role at the Bikini Bar should be opening soon because I think I need a promotion!\u201d she quips. \u201cIn my head, I\u2019m being promoted or maybe I\u2019m going to buy the Bikini Bar because I\u2019ve been saving up from all the tips I\u2019ve been getting.\u201d<\/p>\n Her husband,\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0alum Brandon Villegas, who also appeared on\u00a0B&B<\/em>\u00a0as a server at the Bikini Bar, is cheering her on \u2014 and maybe a little jealous. \u201cHe\u2019s very jealous,\u201d she says with a laugh. \u201cHe\u2019s played a bartender at the Bikini Bar as well, and the last time we were on together, we let everyone know that we were engaged, so that\u2019s really cute.\u201d<\/p>\n Reilly\u2019s enduring\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>\u00a0legacy remains a huge point of pride. \u201cTo such a major role in the franchise of\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>, it\u2019s been such an honor,\u201d she notes. \u201cI love the game. I\u2019m a student of the game, and I\u2019ve just enjoyed my experience so much. And every time I\u2019ve gone back, it\u2019s been another really cool, life-changing, iconic moment for me. I met my husband for the first time. I went back, I won the game. This time, I am the only person now that can say they\u2019ve never been nominated or evicted from the show. It was so much fun to go back and to be able to play the game again. I love\u00a0Big Brother<\/em>, and it feels like a natural place to be in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n Matthew Taplinger<\/p>\n Reilly would be open to returning yet again \u2014 provided the circumstances are right. \u201cIf it was an all-winner season, I would absolutely be honored to be part of that cast, so I\u2019m hoping that they do something where it\u2019s legends or winners,\u201d she says. \u201cAnd maybe a little bit shorter than 90 days. I\u2019m a mom of two young kids, so leaving for 90 days is a lot. But I think that I would absolutely love to go back, and next time I\u2019m coming for that mastermind.\u201d<\/p>\n Something she was unable to do in Season 27 because she didn\u2019t know their identity. \u201cNo, of course not,\u201d she insists. \u201cI don\u2019t think they would have told me that. Everything just unfolded at the finale this year, and I was like, \u2018Of course, there\u2019s, like, four masterminds, and they\u2019re all my friends.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n While she\u2019s thrived in both scripted and unscripted television, Reilly admits she may have found her true calling. \u201cI love, love, love the soaps,\u201d Reilly says. \u201cThey feel very unscripted, and the stories are so over the top. You get to be a larger-than-life personality, and that\u2019s why I love unscripted as well, but I think I really am leaning towards scripted. The older I get, these competition shows are a lot of work, I\u2019ll just say that. They\u2019re not for the faint of heart. Some of these physical competitions are tricky, and they test your strength, so I think that living in the glamorous world of\u00a0The Bold and the Beautiful<\/em>\u00a0sounds kind of nice.\u201d<\/p>\n Matthew Taplinger<\/p>\n That said, Reilly isn\u2019t slowing down. Next up, she\u2019s filming a new movie,\u00a0The Other Side of the Window<\/em>, where she plays a red carpet host, though she\u2019s not ruling out another CBS reality adventure. \u201cI would love to test my mental fortitude and my skills on\u00a0Survivor<\/em>, out on that island,\u201d she reveals. \u201cSo, I\u2019m hoping for that to happen.
