ERIKA JAYNE’S LAWYER ACCUSED OF STEALING COVID RELIEF FUNDS TO FINANCE HER LIFESTYLE IN $18M LAWSUIT!

ERIKA JAYNE'S LAWYER ACCUSED OF STEALING COVID RELIEF FUNDS TO FINANCE HER LIFESTYLE IN $18M LAWSUIT!

Just when it seemed the storm surrounding Erika Jayne was calming, a new, more sinister hurricane has formed. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star is now at the center of a shocking new federal lawsuit that alleges her lawyer and close friend, James Wilkes, stole millions of dollars in COVID-19 relief funds and used that money to finance her lavish lifestyle and stall a massive lawsuit against her.

The explosive allegations come from designer Christopher Psaila, who is already suing Erika for $18 million for malicious prosecution. In a new filing, Psaila claims Wilkes is the “mastermind of a conspiracy” and that he defrauded the U.S. government’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) to the tune of over $4.3 million.

The lawsuit alleges Wilkes lied about the number of employees at his firm to secure the massive loans, which were later forgiven. That money, meant for workers who would have otherwise been laid off during the pandemic, was then allegedly funneled to Erika.

“The source of funds that Wilkes used to pay, invest in, or loan to Erika Jayne and her team… came from two Covid loans,” the federal lawsuit states. It’s a sickening allegation: that Erika’s glamorous life was being propped up by money stolen from a program designed to help people in crisis.

Psaila claims this stolen money was then used as a weapon against him. He alleges Wilkes used the funds to pay lawyers to “delay and deflect” his original $18 million case against Erika.

This all stems from a years-long nightmare for the designer. He was falsely accused of running up $800,000 in fraudulent charges on Erika’s American Express card, a claim that led to his business being raided and his life being destroyed. The charges were eventually proven false and dropped, but not before causing him “tens of millions of dollars” in damages.

“This is a PR apocalypse for Erika,” an insider source told us. “The Girardi scandal was one thing, but this is different. This is an allegation that her comeback, her ability to fight these lawsuits, was funded by money stolen from the American people during a national emergency. There is no spinning this. If it’s true, it’s indefensible.”

THE CONCLUSION

Erika Jayne has maintained her innocence in the face of years of legal battles. But this new lawsuit is not just about her past with Tom Girardi; it’s about her present. It alleges a dark and criminal conspiracy that places her directly at the center of a federal fraud case. The question is no longer just what Erika knew about Tom’s crimes, but what she knew about the money that was allegedly funding her own survival.

Jeff Lewis has just unleashed a reign of terror at BravoCon, using his platform to launch a series of vicious, unfiltered, and deeply personal attacks on his fellow Bravo stars, most notably taking a brutal shot at Dorit Kemsley’s parenting skills and admitting he has left his boss, Andy Cohen, “very upset.”

The most shocking moment came when Jeff was asked to say three nice things about “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley. After managing to call her “attractive” and “smart,” he hit a wall, before delivering a devastating blow.

“I want to say she’s a good mom, but no,” he stated bluntly, to gasps from the audience. After struggling for another compliment, he gave up and settled for another insult: “

She’s so thin. She’s so thin!“

It was a stunningly personal and cruel attack, questioning her abilities as a mother in a public forum.

Jeff’s rampage didn’t stop there. He admitted that his on-stage antics, which included a vicious joke about “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Monica Garcia being on “food stamps,” had landed him in hot water with the king of Bravo himself.

“Andy was not [happy],” Jeff confessed to Us Weekly. “He said that I, I think maybe a couple of my jokes were inappropriate and insensitive… He was very upset.“

But in classic Jeff Lewis fashion, he showed no real remorse. “I’ve apologized. Look, I’ve known this guy. We’ve known each other for 18 years,” he said, before revealing the cold reality of their relationship. “He’ll get back to me in one to three weeks.”

Jeff also poured cold water on the biggest story of BravoCon: the Giudice-Gorga reconciliation. “I don’t think it’s gonna work,” he stated flatly, calling the damage “irreparable.” He even suggested Bravo should split them into two separate shows, a clear vote of no confidence in the fragile peace treaty.

THE CONCLUSION

Jeff Lewis came to BravoCon with one mission: to create chaos. He has attacked a mother’s parenting, insulted a star’s financial status, and angered his own boss. His return to Bravo with his new show, “Still Flipping Out,” is not a quiet homecoming; it’s the return of a king of chaos who is reminding everyone that he plays by his own set of rules. He may have apologized to Andy, but the damage is done, and the message is clear: Jeff Lewis is back, and no one is safe.
