The reality beauty, 22, has not gone official with Harry since leaving the villa but revealed a hint about the pair’s future in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment.
Shakira and Harry, 30, finished in second place on the 2025 edition of the long-running ITV dating show.
Now, it seems the couple have finally taken their relationship to the next level.
Taking to TikTok, Shakira posted a video which saw her re-enact one of the app’s trends which shows if your ‘boyfriend is ready for a baby’.
The clip shows the brunette bombshell lying on Harry’s chest before spitting out milk she’d been holding in her mouth to mimic baby throw up – leaving a shocked looking Harry horrified.

The star’s cryptic clue lay in the caption, which read: “Seeing if my bf is ready for a baby (laughing face emoji).”
The use of the abbreviated ‘bf’ for boyfriend had many wondering if the pair had finally gone official, taking to the comments one user said: “Wait you guys are bf gf ?? Whaaat.”
Another added: “Boyfriend people!!?? which chapter did I not see??!!”
“Wait. BOYFREDNDDDDD ?!?!!” chimed a third.
“Wait you’re official?! I must be late,” penned a fourth.
A month after leaving the villa, Shakira had admitted that she and Harry were still not officially boyfriend and girlfriend.

Speaking to Heart radio in September, she said: “It’s been a lot, I think when I had such a normal life before, to be thrown into such chaos it’s important just to have time to ourselves and just spend some quality time together. So, yeah, it’s been really good.”
“Still taking things slow, it’s been a month. Everyone forgets it’s been like a month and a week, so yeah, just going at our own pace.”
The pair have since progressed their relationship in other ways by meeting each other’s families.
Harry was first introduced to Shakira‘s mum as part of the obligatory ‘meet the parents’ twist on the show and it’s fair to say they didn’t get off to the best start.
During his time on the smash-hit reality series, he was at the centre of some gripping drama which saw him stuck in a love triangle with Shakira and Helena Ford.
At the time Shakira’s mother was not best pleased, with Harry determined to win them around.
In a huge step, the footballer previously told The Sun after leaving the villa that he planned to imminently travel up to Burnley to meet the wider family.
He admitted: “I’m going up to Burnley, within the next few days, so I’m hoping I’ll get to spend some time with her family then.
“It’s a big step, it’s a massive step and it’s a huge thing for me as well, like her family have [only] seen an hour [of me] a day.”
Harry added: “I want to just spend time with her family off camera and actually get to know them and for them to get to know me.
“I’m quite a good guy. I like to think so, as long as she’s happy.”
Harry has been spending time with Shakira’s family since, appearing in videos with her sisters – and Shakira has also met Harry’s family and friends at a welcome-home party he hosted after leaving the villa.
