MAJOR DEVELOPMENT: The Clintons Referred to the DOJ After Refusing Epstein Testimony

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT: The Clintons Referred to the DOJ After Refusing Epstein Testimony.

The pressure campaign surrounding the Epstein files just hit a whole new level.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have now been officially referred to the Department of Justice for potential arrest after they refused to sit for their scheduled depositions before the House Oversight Committee. Their October testimony was delayed over “scheduling conflicts,” and they’ve since continued to stonewall investigators demanding answers about their long-documented relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

Lawmakers say the refusal is unacceptable — and that no one gets to duck a lawful subpoena, especially not two of the most politically connected figures in modern history.

The referral is now in DOJ hands, and if they choose to act, this could become one of the biggest accountability fights Washington has seen in decades.

Democrats opened Pandora’s box with the Epstein files.

Now the fallout is landing squarely on their own icons.

Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA) has managed to tick off half her own party, sparking a House vote Monday night to rebuke Rep. Chuy García (D-IL) for engineering a glide path for his chief of staff to take his seat.Gluesenkamp Perez is blasting García for what she calls “election subversion,” a charge that’s infuriated Democrats who say she’s torpedoing party unity at the worst possible time.

One House Democrat griped to Axios that “people were extremely frustrated last week” when Gluesenkamp Perez forced the vote just as the House cleared a government funding bill most Democrats detested.

A senior Democrat piled on, telling Axios lawmakers are “very pissed” the flap is creating fresh infighting right before an expected vote on releasing the Epstein files.

Leadership plans to smother her resolution with a motion to table, lawmakers said. The two-page measure scolds García for dropping his reelection bid right before Illinois’ filing deadline, clearing the field for his chief of staff, Patty García, who is now the lone candidate on the primary ballot.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said he “strongly” backs García and dismissed Gluesenkamp Perez’s move as a “so-called motion of disapproval.”

“Representative García’s actions are beneath the dignity of his office and incompatible with the spirit of the United States Constitution,” the resolution declares.

García’s fellow Illinois colleague, Jan Schakowsky, erupted in support for her longtime pal after Gluesenkamp Perez filed the resolution, screeching on the House floor.

WATCH:

His office rushed talking points to colleagues on Monday, insisting he “followed all requirements and deadlines under Illinois law” and warning that the vote “creates distraction and divisiveness among Democrats.”

But not everyone is falling in line. Several moderates told Axios they might buck leadership and back Gluesenkamp Perez when the procedural vote hits the floor.

Rep. Jared Golden (D-ME), a close ally of Gluesenkamp Perez, made his own feelings clear, noting he announced his retirement months before his state’s deadline.

“If I know I’m going to get done then I should get done so that there is time and space for people to make the decision to offer their name. … Every day that I now wait is taking time away from someone else,” he said.

What was meant to be a romantic helicopter ride along the California coast turned into a life-or-death ordeal. Richard, a wealthy entrepreneur, had planned what seemed like a celebratory surprise for his pregnant wife, Amelia. But behind the gesture of love lurked a shocking truth: Richard had sinister intentions.

Amelia, a self-made billionaire with a successful tech company, had long suspected that her husband’s interest in her finances went beyond ordinary curiosity. While outwardly charming and supportive, Richard had grown increasingly insistent on discussing her inheritance and estate—a concern Amelia had skillfully deflected.

As the helicopter soared over the coastline, Richard saw an opportunity. In a moment of betrayal, he shoved Amelia toward the open door, expecting her to fall helplessly from the aircraft. But Amelia was ready.

Months of careful planning had ensured her safety. Suspecting Richard might try something drastic, she had discreetly equipped herself with a concealed parachute and emergency alert system, and she had trained extensively to use them.

As she plummeted through the air, Amelia deployed her parachute flawlessly, her sharp instincts and preparation saving her life and that of her unborn child. Authorities were immediately alerted via the emergency beacon, ensuring she would receive rapid assistance.

This harrowing incident highlights the importance of vigilance and foresight, even in the most unexpected situations. Amelia’s quick thinking and preparedness turned a potential tragedy into a story of survival, proving that courage and strategy can outmatch even the most shocking betrayals.

Palmistry, also known as chiromancy, is an ancient practice that views the hand as a map of personality, vitality, and destiny. From Indian temples to European courts, cultures across the world have looked to the palm for insight. While modern science dismisses palmistry as pseudoscience, its appeal lies not in prediction but in reflection. The lines of the hand invite people to consider how emotions, choices, and resilience shape life.

Most palmists focus on four central lines: the Heart Line, the Head Line, the Life Line, and the Fate Line. Each carries symbolic meaning and together they form a narrative of human experience.

Found near the top of the palm beneath the fingers, the Heart Line represents love, compassion, and relationships. A long, deep line often suggests generosity and emotional openness, while a shorter or lighter one may indicate caution in matters of the heart.

Its shape adds nuance:

A straight Heart Line reflects steadiness and loyalty, expressing love through reliability.

A curved one points to passion, romance, and emotional intensity.

Breaks or forks may symbolize inner conflict or changes in priorities.

The Heart Line does not predict love life events but highlights how individuals give and receive affection.

Beneath the Heart Line runs the Head Line, symbolizing thought, decision-making, and mental clarity. A long, straight line reflects methodical, analytical thinking. In contrast, a curved Head Line signals creativity and intuition, common in artists and innovators.

If the line slopes downward, it suggests emotional intelligence and empathy, while breaks or branches hint at moments of upheaval, uncertainty, or multiple talents.

The Head Line reveals not only intelligence but also how a person balances logic, intuition, and imagination.

Curving around the base of the thumb toward the wrist, the Life Line is often misunderstood. It does not measure how long one will live but reflects vitality, resilience, and adaptability.

A long, etched Life Line is linked to stamina and strong recovery after setbacks.

A shorter or lighter one may belong to someone drawn to variety and change.

Breaks can symbolize major transitions, illnesses, or life events, while upward branches suggest growth and opportunity. Downward branches may indicate fatigue or periods of struggle.

Palmists often consider the Life Line together with the thumb and Mount of Venus (the fleshy area near the thumb), which represent willpower and passion.

The Fate Line, running vertically up the center of the palm, is not found on every hand. When present, it is associated with career, purpose, and outside influences. A strong, straight line reflects a clear sense of direction, while a faint or broken line suggests shifting priorities or obstacles.

Its starting point also matters: beginning near the Life Line may indicate family influence, while one farther away suggests independence.

Palmistry emphasizes that no two hands are alike—even a person’s two palms may differ, reflecting both inherited traits and present choices. Lines also evolve, deepening or changing with life experiences.

Whether viewed as tradition, art, or self-reflection, palmistry offers a chance to pause and ask deeper questions: Do you approach life with passion or caution? Do you favor reason or imagination? Do you crave stability or thrive on change?

The true meaning of palmistry may not be prediction, but awareness. By reflecting on the Heart, Head, Life, and Fate Lines, people gain insight into their patterns, choices, and resilience. The hand becomes a mirror—reminding us that while destiny may influence us, it is ultimately shaped by the way we live, adapt, and grow.

U.S. Marines protecting the U.S. embassy in Haiti exchanged gunfire with suspected gang members last week, a Marine spokesman announced Sunday.Captain Steven J. Keenan told Fox News that Marines supporting embassy operations came under fire from several suspected gang members outside the U.S. embassy complex in the Haitian capital of Port Au Prince on the evening of November 13. “U.S. Marines are committed to the safety and security of U.S. embassies worldwide and respond to all threats with professionalism and swift, disciplined action,” Keenan said.

No U.S. service members were injured as a result of the incident, according to a report from The Washington Post.

The long unstable Caribbean nation has largely suffered a government collapse in recent years, which began in earnest following the assassination

of President Jovenel Moïse in 2021. The assassination created a power vacuum that has led to several changes in heads of state and the loss of vast amounts of Haitian territory to organized gangs.

As of this report, gangs control about 90 percent of Port-au-Prince despite the deployment of Kenyan military personnel under a United Nations mandate to bolster Haiti’s security forces.

The ongoing issue with gangs in Haiti stems from a surge in organized criminal groups exploiting political instability since 2021, fueled by arms trafficking, corruption links to political elites, and economic collapse, leading to widespread violence including massacres, kidnappings, sexual assaults, child recruitment, and forced displacement

Over 200 gangs operate nationwide, with coalitions like Viv Ansanm (Living Together) coordinating attacks to expand influence, control illicit markets, and challenge state authority by establishing parallel governance in seized areas. Gangs have intensified operations in 2025, spreading from Port-au-Prince into rural departments like Artibonite and Centre, paralyzing commerce through roadblocks, exacerbating famine-like conditions for 5.7 million people.

Haiti has received substantial security assistance from outside nations to combat gangs, beginning with the UN-authorized Multinational Security Support (MSS) mission in 2024. Primarily lead by Kenyan forces, the UN mandate has received support from Jamaica, Bahamas, Belize, Guatemala, and El Salvador, while the U.S. has provided $25 million in aid for the MSS.

The November 13 incident is not the first time foreign diplomats and embassies have come under attack in Haiti. Earlier incidents include gangs targeting U.S. embassy vehicles in March and October 2024, leading to partial staff evacuations of non-essential personnel. A UN helicopter was also struck by gunfire in October 2024 as it was attempting to deliver food aid.

As a result of the violence, the European Union has evacuated all diplomatic staff, while the nation’s lone international airport has been closed due to numerous instances of gunfire targeting aircraft.

President Nick Daniels of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association warned Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and the Democratic Party that the ongoing government shutdown is posing serious safety risks in U.S. airspace.

The NATCA, which represents more than 10,800 certified air traffic controllers nationwide, has repeatedly called on Congress to pass a clean continuing resolution (CR) to end the shutdown — now on track to become the longest in American history.

The House approved a clean CR a month ago, but Democrats have blocked it more than a dozen times, insisting on tying the measure to their partisan legislative demands.
Daniels emphasized that air traffic controllers are unfairly shouldering the weight of the shutdown, with thousands now working exhausting six-day, 10-hour shifts amid an existing shortage of 3,800 personnel.

As essential workers, controllers are required to remain on the job, yet many are facing severe financial strain. They received partial paychecks for pre-shutdown work on October 14, followed by $0 paychecks on October 28 and in the pay periods since — leaving many with more than 120 hours of unpaid labor.

“Yet here we are, the rope in the tug of war game that we didn’t ask for at all. And we should not be used as political pawns in any way, shape or form for these shutdowns,” Daniels noted further.
