MARRIED At First Sight star Lacey Martin has revealed how she turned to fat jabs after piling on 2st while appearing on the hit E4 show.
The 29-year-old, who shot to fame after marrying Nathan Campbell, 24, on series nine of the show, told how the pair would spend their evenings eating Chinese takeaways and drinking wine.
Speaking exclusively to Fabulous, she’s now revealed exactly how she managed to shed the weight on fab jabs – and has since had a glow up after getting Turkey teeth in Istanbul.
“Me and Nathan actually both put on two stone,” she says.
“We were eating what they [producers] gave us and we both loved a cheeky Chinese at the time, so were living it up on the Chinese takeaways.”
She continues: “It’s probably about two stone that I’ve lost now.
“Basically, when I was on the show, everyone is just eating and drinking lots of wine and not doing much exercise, and it catches up on you.
“I’m feeling myself again.”
Not one to gatekeep, Lacey goes on to share her secrets behind her new slimmed-down figure, revealing she’s done “a lot of fasting” and is really into the gym now.
Nathan and I gained two stone on MAFS – all we did was eat Chinese take-aways and drink wine every night

She explains: “I bloat a lot, especially with my endometriosis, so I try to watch what I eat because, so if I can try help by cutting out the bread and the pasta which I absolutely love, then I do what I can.”
Lacey, who made it all the way to the final renewal ceremony with Nathan on the show, goes on to discuss how she turned to skinny jabs.
“I know a lot of people use them now,” she explains.
“The one I did work with, they are prescribed by a pharmacy, and they are a very trusted provider. I don’t recommend them to everyone.”
She urges: “Do your research, because every person is different and that’s the thing about the place I worked with.
“When you look into it, every client is tailored for, so it’s down to the person to really look into it.”
Lacey goes on to say that while she didn’t personally have any side effects, it varies from person to person.
The MAFS UK bride continues: “Now I’m just fasting and calorie counting a little bit, and doing more exercise, and because I am feeling happier, I want to exercise.
“When you’re feeling down and miserable and depressed, which the show did make me towards the end, I didn’t want to get out of bed.
“Now, I’m back to the bouncy energy [fuelled] Lacey that I was before.”
Since losing 2st Lacey says she’s “happy” at the weight she is now because she’s still got her “booty” and “curves.”
She says: “I don’t weigh myself. It’s about how I feel when I look in the mirror, and how I feel on the inside.
“I’ve always been a size 8 to 10, but it depends on my time of the month, and if I have an endometriosis flare-up, I might be on the other side of the 10.”
Along with her weight loss, Lacey reveals she’s since had her teeth done in Istanbul – something which she’s wanted doing “for a very long time.”
She explains: “When I was on the show, I did have composite bonding but I wanted to get my bottom teeth done as well, and now I feel so much more confident to talk into videos without a filter.
“I’m really embracing them.
“They’re veneers, and I’m finally happy with my smile.
“I was bullied for many years in school very badly. My sister and I are twins, and people expect twins to be the same, but we’re non-identical IVF twins.”
It’s been a year since Lacey appeared on MAFS and she admits she’s finally feels ready to put herself back out there and has even signed up to Hinge.
“No, I’m not dating anyone,” she says. “A lady never tells, but my DMs are open.
“I’m on Hinge, and I’ve had a few people ask, ‘Is this the real Lacey?’ Yes, it is me.”
“Obviously, I had my guard up because it was a lot to put myself out there on Married at First Sight, and to let my guard down and trust again…everyone is different. I’m 29, so I am looking for a husband.”
Revealing exactly what type of man she’s after, she says she needs someone who is “emotionally intelligent.”
“I need someone that has depth, who can hold a conversation, who looks after me and I just want to be loved,” she continues.
“I don’t want someone to give up at the first hurdle.”
Lacey adds that while she and Nathan no longer keep in touch, she wishes him the best.
Nathan has since moved on with former Love Islander Abi Moores, 26, after the pair were set up on a
blind date by former Love Islander and mutual friend Reuben Collins who played “cupid.”
They have now been dating since February this year.
Speaking of their relationship, Lacey says: “Who knows if it will last. Hopefully it does last for their sake.
“At the end of the day, I wish them well and I do think they’re very suited and if he’s happy, I’m happy.”
I have endometriosis, so I’ve considered freezing my eggs and getting my twin sister to carry my baby. I won’t let it beat me

It seemed that things were going well for Lacey and Nathan on MAFS UK until the end of the experiment when, at the reunion, he accused her of only wanting a showmance.
She explains: “Things have been great since Married at First Sight. Obviously, I did have a slight wobble after the reunion because I feel like it wasn’t a true reflection of what happened.
“Since then, I’ve just been getting stronger and stronger, and I feel back to the old me.”
However, Lacey recalls how the weeks after the final reunion aired were the “hardest time” for her.
“Nathan agreed to do collaborations with me,” she claims. “It wasn’t the term showmance, it was the term, let’s work together because we loved each other.”
Despite everything, Lacey admits that she was 100% in love with Nathan and would never say that she wasn’t.
“I lived with him for three months, and there’s only so long you can keep a mask on,” she explains.
“The main thing that hurt me is how he let the trolls troll me when he knew that he didn’t wish me good luck for the Race for Life charity run that I do every year because my mum’s had cancer.
“Married at First Sight didn’t show that on the telly and that’s why I was in such a dark place, because I felt like my character was being tarnished.”
She adds: “At the end of the day, he knows the truth, but I feel so much better now. I’m so grateful for my family and friends. I rode the wave and I’m back on top again.”
Lacey says she has “no regrets” about appearing on the show – adding that it was “definitely worth it.”
“At the end of the day, I did fall in love, and I do believe that me and Nathan were put together for a reason, and some things are not meant to be forever, and unfortunately, we weren’t,” she explains.
Since appearing on the show, the 29-year-old has been very open with her struggles with endometriosis, which the NHS describes as a condition “where cells similar to those in the lining of the womb (uterus) grow in other parts of the body.”
She previously revealed that it took her four years to receive a diagnosis at 20.
“I’d 100% freeze my eggs,” the MAFS UK bride explains. “It’s definitely something I have looked into.
“It’s such an honour to be able to spread awareness, because whoever’s going through it, will know it is such a painful condition and incurable.”
Lacey goes on to say that she’d also consider getting a sperm donor and having her sister carry the baby “if it comes to it.”
“Luckily, I’ve had talks with my twin sister, she would carry my baby if needed. I’m very positive, and I don’t let it beat me,” she continues.
“I’m very positive and I’ve got all options covered. I’ve thought about a lot of options, who knows?
“I’m 29, and I’m still looking fun, so hopefully I meet a nice man.”
Lacey, who works for a bank in London, says she’s since returned to her day job.
“I wanted to return, purely for my mental health,” she explains.

“I am a people person, and I love chatting to people, and as humans, we need to speak to people, and I’m good at my job.
“I went back and they welcomed me with open arms. It’s good to be back.”
Quick on the heels of famously sassy, phrase-turning R&B singer and reality TV star Tamar Braxton’s announcement her recently released album, “Bluebird of Happiness,” will be her last — at least for a while — and news that her husband, music executive husband Vincent Herbert, founder of Streamline Records, was legally ordered to pay Sony more than $3.7 million to settle a lawsuit over a 2013 advance, the couple hoisted their grandly proportioned and glamorously appointed Mediterranean mansion in Calabasas, Calif., up for sale at $15 million.
The Herbert-Braxtons, married in late 2007 after about five years together, purchased the 13,716-square-foot mansion inside the double-gated Estates at The Oaks enclave in April 2013 for $10.5 million and public records show since then there have been several notices of default filed and subsequently canceled against the two-acre spread that provides a total of seven bedrooms and nine full and two half bathrooms between the main house and poolside guesthouse.
Wrought iron and glass front doors open to an entry vestibule and foyer with black and white floral-patterned inlaid floor and a floating, wrought iron railed staircase that curves up to the bedrooms on the second floor. The main living and entertaining space makes a great sweep across the rear of the residence with gleaming wide-plank hardwood floors laid in a classy chevron pattern.
A central gallery with glossy grand piano is flanked to one side by a lounge with semi-circular sofa in front of an ornate fireplace and to the other by a “champagne bar” modeled after The Dorchester Hotel in London with tufted velvet sofas and a stately wood-paneled ceiling.
Arched French doors open the vast space to an immense, stone-paved loggia with retractable canvas shade awnings and a bowling alley-length dining table that easily seats at least two-dozen al fresco diners. With elaborately carved cabinetry, granite countertops and a super-sized commercial-style range under a hand-hammered copper hood, the kitchen is open to a spacious informal dining area that, in turn, opens to a family room with fireplace and French doors to the backyard.
The three-story mansion’s creature comfort also include a home theater, a game room, an office, a wine cellar with tasting room and, unsurprisingly, a recording studio along with an elevator, an camera-equipped security system, a gentlemen’s lounge with authentic barber chair, a mirror-walled gym and a subterranean parking garage that will accommodate over a dozen cars. The mansion makes a U-shaped embrace around a broad and grassy courtyard with swimming pool and spa beyond which a soccer pitch-sized lawn gives way to a panoramic view over rugged ravines and undeveloped mountaintops.
Some of the other, equally sized and similarly luxurious estates in The Estates sections of The Oaks are owned by reality television’s Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian, Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine Jackson, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and Jay McGraw, elder son of extraordinarily well-compensated TV therapist Dr. Phil McGraw, and his Playboy model wife Erica Dahm.
