Denise Richards‘ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, is requesting $150,000 per month from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
Months after he filed for divorce and shortly after Denise, 54, obtained a permanent restraining order against him, Aaron, 53, is claiming he’s “out of money” and facing a potential eviction from his home in Calabasas, California, due to unpaid rent.
“I am out of money and financially desperate,” he said in a recently filed declaration, via a report from Radar Online on November 9. “I am about to be evicted from the residence in which I am living. My utilities (water, power, gas) have all been turned off already.”
According to Aaron, who claimed he’s had no income since late 2024, when he shuttered the doors to his wellness company, Quantum 360 Club, Denise should be ordered to pay her portion of the $120,000 in back rent that’s due since her name is on the lease.
While she was said to have returned to the home in September to gather her things, Aaron said she left behind 15 dogs and a “substantial amount of personal belongings.”
Aaron explained that he required $150,000 to cover his monthly expenses and to “live safely like a normal person,” and he added that he needed another $10,000 to pay his divorce lawyer. As he shared, he and Denise had millions in the bank when they split, and he deserves a portion of Denise’s income since he helped make her OnlyFans account sexier.
Without the funds, “there is a real danger of irreparable harm,” he stated, adding that he and his parents, who live with him in Calabasas, will soon be “homeless.”
In other Aaron Phypers news, Kiki Monique revealed new details about Denise’s restraining order against him after attending his court hearing last week.
“Denise Richards won in court today. She was seeking to have her temporary restraining order against ex Aaron Phypers made permanent and was granted a five year restraining order against him. Phypers attorney raised questions about how this RO could affect his immigration status and spousal support,” she wrote in a caption to her Instagram video.
In her video, Kiki said that in addition to turning in a laptop, which he claims he doesn’t have, Aaron was ordered not to post or provide any text messages or photos to the media — and to delete any he is in possession of.
Kiki also noted that due to the restraining order against him, Aaron’s immigration status is now in jeopardy, which means he could face deportation, and his right to spousal support may also be impacted.

The Herbert-Braxtons, married in late 2007 after about five years together, purchased the 13,716-square-foot mansion inside the double-gated Estates at The Oaks enclave in April 2013 for $10.5 million and public records show since then there have been several notices of default filed and subsequently canceled against the two-acre spread that provides a total of seven bedrooms and nine full and two half bathrooms between the main house and poolside guesthouse.
Wrought iron and glass front doors open to an entry vestibule and foyer with black and white floral-patterned inlaid floor and a floating, wrought iron railed staircase that curves up to the bedrooms on the second floor. The main living and entertaining space makes a great sweep across the rear of the residence with gleaming wide-plank hardwood floors laid in a classy chevron pattern.

The mansion makes a U-shaped embrace around a broad and grassy courtyard with swimming pool and spa beyond which a soccer pitch-sized lawn gives way to a panoramic view over rugged ravines and undeveloped mountaintops.
