In some bad news for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, an ethical watchdog called Democracy Restored has filed an ethical complaint against her in Arkansas that could see her lose her law license and ability to practice law in the state over what the watchdog characterized as her breaching the Arkansas rules regarding professional conduct.
For reference, Arkansas Rule of Professional Conduct Rule 8.4(c) provides that “it is professional misconduct for a lawyer to engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation,” and Rule 8.4(d) similarly provides that a lawyer cannot “engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice.”
So, Democracy Restored contends that Hillary, in her conduct with the Steele Dossier and Russia Hoax, violated those Arkansas Rules of Professional Conduct involving “Dishonesty” and “Prejudice to the Administration of Justice.” Thus, as Fox News Channel has reported, it seeks a “formal review of the conduct of Hillary Rodham Clinton, Esq., a licensed attorney in the State of Arkansas, in connection with her actions during the 2016 presidential campaign.”
Describing the matter further, Democracy Restored contends that the information revealed in the documents released by the Senate Judiciary Committee, documents related to the “Russiagate” scandal that were previously classified, show that Hillary pushed false information to create a legal issue for her political opponent.
It provided, according to Fox News Digital, “Within this release, there is an annex, which suggests that Clinton approved a plan created by one of her advisors to release false information with the purpose ‘to smear’ her political opponent during a presidential campaign and distract from the news surrounding her own legal accusations.”
Then, connecting that information to the complaints, Democracy Restored argued that the information contained in those formerly classified documents is enough to require an inquiry into Clinton’s professional conduct. It stated, “This revelation demands an already overdue inquiry into Clinton’s fitness as a member of the Arkansas Bar.”
Adding to the accusations directed Clinton’s way that have to do with the rules of professional conduct, the ethics complaint also argued that she, through her campaign, elevated “unverified” and “unvetted” claims to “injure her political opponent.” Further, it alleges that she “personally signed off on an effort to amplify this bad intelligence to the media and federal law enforcement.”
Chaos on the Mexico-Querétaro Highway: Chain-Reaction Crash Sparks Questions and Delays
What started as a seemingly ordinary Wednesday morning quickly descended into chaos for drivers along one of Mexico’s busiest highways.
The Mexico-Querétaro Highway, a crucial artery for commuters and transporters alike, turned into a scene of confusion and gridlock near Huehuetoca when a massive multi-vehicle crash brought traffic to a screeching halt—and raised more than a few questions.
The Crash That Stopped Everything
The incident unfolded on November 20 near kilometer marker 059+000, just outside the town of Huehuetoca in the State of Mexico.
Authorities say a heavy trailer traveling toward Mexico City lost control as it approached the Jorobas junction. The driver, allegedly unable to brake in time, veered into an embankment before barreling into several vehicles, including five passenger cars and a pickup truck. The impact left the trailer sprawled across all three lanes, effectively shutting down the highway’s northbound stretch.
A Perfect Storm—or Preventable Disaster?
While early reports point to slick road conditions from recent rainfall as a possible culprit, the full picture remains murky. Could mechanical failure, human error, or even fatigue have played a role? Officials aren’t ruling anything out. A full investigation is now underway to determine whether the crash was a tragic accident—or a symptom of deeper systemic issues.
Ripple Effects and Response
Traffic was paralyzed for hours. Emergency personnel rushed to the scene, where miraculously no fatalities were reported. Several individuals sustained minor injuries and were treated at the site, with a few sent to nearby hospitals for precautionary evaluations.
